摘  要:目的探讨MRI成像技术在前列腺疾病诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2008年12月在我院行前列腺MRI检查的患者169例。采用1.5T超导型磁共振成像系统,常规MRI检查应用盆腔相控阵线圈,行轴位、矢状位、冠状位T2WI和T1WI常规扫描及动态增强扫描。结果应用盆腔相控阵线圈检查前列腺可以获得清晰的图像,其中诊断前列腺增生116例,前列腺癌45例,未见明显异常8例。结论MRI是诊断前列腺疾病较理想的检查方法,合理选用扫描序列、参数是扫描成功的要素,也是获得高质量图像的关键。MRI动态增强及脂肪抑制技术进一步提高了前列腺疾病的诊断准确度。Objective To explore the application of MRI techniques in the diagnosis of prostate diseases. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 169 patients who performed MRI in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to Dee. 2008. Used 1.5T superconductive nuclear magnetic resonance system to perform axial view, anteroposterior axes, coronal axes T2WI and routine T1WI, and applied phased - array coil of pelvic cavity to scan and dynamic state enhancement scanning. Results Utilizing pelvic phase - array coil to check prostate can gain limpid image. Among the total cases, 116 cases were diagnosed as hyperplasia of prostate, 45 cases as prostate carcinoma, 8 eases as un - obviously abnormality. Conclusion MRI is a fairly ideal examining approach to diagnose disease of prostate, and reasonable scanning array and parameter are the important elements of success and the key point of obtaining high quality image as well. To apply MRI dynamic state enhancement and fat - suppression technique can improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis.
