摘 要:为了研究钛基贱金属阳极体系的反应机理,提高贱金属阳极的使用寿命,实现钛基贱金属阳极体系工业化应用的目的,从工艺和结构的角度研究贱金属阳极制备的方法,研究发现:Sn、Sb氧化物底层的最佳烧结温度为485℃,烧结温度过低或过高都会影响其寿命。在Sn、Sb氧化物底层中,Sn的最佳质量含量为81%,含量过高或者过低,都会使得涂层的寿命减少。外层锰阳极的最佳烧结温度在217℃,寿命最长。多孔钛基体与涂层的结合力更强,比表面积远大于传统的阳极,有较好的电化学催化活性。For researching reaction mechanism of Ti-based low-price metal anode system, increasing life of lowprice metal anode, achieving industry application of Ti-based low-price meta anode system, the low-price metal anode preparation from the perspective of process and structure was researched. The study found : the best sintering temperature of Sn, Sb oxide underlying is 485℃, if the sintering temperature is too low or too high that will affect its life. In Sn, Sb oxides underlying, the best quality content of Sn is 81%, the content is too high or too low, will reduce the life. The best sintering temperature of manganese anode in outer is 217℃, the life is the longest. The manganese oxide coating as the outer coating has a better anodic polarization characteristics. The combining ability of porous Ti-based and coating is better, the surface area is much larger than traditional anode, which has good electrochemical catalytic activity.
