摘　　要：文章针对具有不同粒度语言表达下的群决策问题,提出了一种基于IOWA算子的多粒度语言决策模型;对多粒度语言进行一致性的转换,引入IOWA算子,将各决策者给出的偏好信息集结为群偏好,同时进行方案的优选,最后将方法应用于ERP选型中;并通过一个算例,说明了该方法的有效性和实用性。With respect to group decision-making problems in multi-granularity linguistic expression, a model based on the IOWA operator is proposed. In this model, firstly, the transform method is used to unify the multi-granularity linguistic expressions, and then, based on the IOWA operator, the preference information provided by every decision maker is aggregated into group preference and the most desirable alternative is selected. The model is applied to the ERP selection, and an example is given to illustrate that the method is effective and practicable.
