摘 要:大豆纤维含有大豆蛋白和聚乙烯醇组分,在染整湿热加工中,存在热稳定性差的问题。大豆纤维进行80,100,110,120℃的热水处理,并用酸性染料染色。结果显示,温度高于100℃,试样收缩严重,且泛黄,断裂强力降低,上染百分率也有所下降。对热处理后试样的分析(元素分析,广角X-射线衍射,红外光谱,差热分析等)表明,试样中大豆蛋白组分基本无变化,而聚乙烯醇组分发生了形态和晶体结构的变化,结晶度降低,大分子主链发生断裂,这是致使大豆纤维热稳定性差的主要原因。Soybean fiber contains soybean protein component and polwinyl alcohol component. It has poor thermo stability in wet processing. The samples were washed by hot water at different temperatures of 80,100, 110,120℃, followed by acid dyeing. It was found that the samples had a serious shrinkage, yellowing, and breaking strength loss when the temperature was above 100 ℃. The dye uptake was also decreased by the thermal treatment. The thermal treated samples were analyzed by the Elemental Analysis, XRD, IR, and DTA. The results showed that, soybean protein component had little changes, while polyvinyl alcohol component was the main cause for the poor thermal stability of soybean fiber due to its changes in configuration, crystal structure, crystallization degree and the break of main molecular chain.
