摘  要:研究了经过表面改性的纳米CaCO3添加量对PVC/纳米CaCO3复合材料聚合工艺和力学性能的影响。结果表明,纳米CaCO3经过处理后,表面包覆了一薄层的有机物。纳米CaCO3在3%~7%的添加范围内,可以缩短聚合反应时间。纳米PVC与普通PVC比较,冲击强度可提高到9.38kJ/m2,断裂伸长率在拉伸强度略有降低的前提下增大到60.2%。纳米CaCO3的添加量为7%时,可以得到综合性能较好的纳米CaCO3/PVC复合树脂。The influence of adding contents of nano CaCO3 with surface modiiy on polymerization process and mechanical property of PVC/CaCO3 nanocomposite were studied. After treatment nano CaCO3, surface of CaCO3 has 10 nm organic coating. The reaction time of polymerization was shortened when adding scope of nano CaCO3 was between 3% and 7%. Impact strength of nano PVC raised to 9.38 kJ/m^2. Breaking elongation rate expanded to 60.5% with marginal decrease of tensile strength. Nano CaCO3/PVC compound resin with better comprehesive property were producted when adding content of CaCO3 nano was 7%.
