摘　　要：功能基因组学是基因组学的重要组成部分,近年来已应用到辐射生物效应研究领域。本文介绍了功能基因组学的基本概念,主要研究内容、研究方法,以及在辐射生物效应研究领域中的应用。Functional genomics is important part of genomics. In resent years, the functional genomics ap proach has been applied to the study of biological effect of radiation. This article introduces the basic concepts of functional genomics, major contents, research methods and its application in the study of biological effect of radiation.
