中西医结合治疗功能性复发性腹痛疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中医推拿按摩和654-2相结合的方法治疗小儿功能性复发性腹痛的疗效。[方法]180例临床病例随机分为对照组(654-2)、中医组(推拿按摩)和中西医组(654-2+推拿按摩)等3组,每组60例,治疗观察。[结果]发现与对照组比较中医组疗效显著,而中西医结合组的有效率最高(中西医组98.33%,中医组83.33%,对照组63.33%,P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗小儿腹痛方法效果好,而且方法简单易行,值得临床推广使用。[ Objective] This is to investigate the effect of the combination of TCM and western medicine （654 -2） on the functional RAP. [ Methods ] One hundred eighty clinical cases were divided into the matched control group （ 654 - 2 ）, Chinese medicine group （massage） and the combination of TCM and western medicine group with 60 of them in each group. [ Results] Compared to matched control group （63.33%） and the Chinese medicine group （ 83.33% ）, cure rate in the combination of TCM and western medicine group （98.33%） was highest （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] The combination of TCM and western medicine is the most effective treatment to the functional RAP and is a simple method, so it should be applied to clinical treatment extensively.
