窄谱中波紫外线联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:65例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用NB-UVB和氦氖激光交替治疗,治疗期间给予泛昔洛韦片(FCV)口服,对照组单独采用泛昔洛韦口服治疗。结果:治疗组在止痛、结痂、脱痂时间比对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率(5.7%)比对照组(23.3%)明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹疗效高,安全性好,并可减少后遗神经痛的发生率。Aim： To observe the efficacy and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） phototherapy plus He-Ne Laser on Herpes Zoster. Methods： Sixty-five patients were divided randomly into 2 groups, i.e. treated group and controlled group. Both groups had recieved Franciclovin. NB-UVB and He-Ne Laser were used alternately to treat patients in treated group, while patients in controlled group were treated by Famciclovir（FCV） alone. Results： The time of the pain relieving, incrustation, decrustation of patients in treating group was all shorter than in the controlled （P 〈0. 01 ）, and incidence of residual neuralgia obviously reduced （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of NB-UVB Phototherapy and He-Ne Laser is an effective and safe method for treating Herpes Zoster and can reduce the incidence rate of lingering effects of nerval pain.
