摘  要:目的探讨二维应变(2DS)与组织多普勒速度成像(TVI)测量正常人心肌应变和应变率的一致性。方法采集30例正常人心尖四腔、心尖二腔、心尖左室长轴二维灰阶与组织多普勒动态图,应用2DS与TVI两种方法分别测量各节段心肌长轴收缩期峰值应变(S)及应变率(Sr)并作对比。结果2DS左室应变测值为基底段至心尖段逐渐增加(基底段<中间段<心尖段);应变率测值为心尖段最高。TVI左室应变及应变率测值在各平面节段变化不稳定,无明显的规律性。2DS所测正常人左室心肌绝大多数节段长轴S及Sr与TVI测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维应变(2DS)与组织多普勒速度成像(TVI)在检测正常人左室基底段到心尖段心肌应变及应变率改变的规律不一致。Objective To investigate the consistency of two-dimensional strain(2DS)and tissue velocity imaging(TVI)in the measurement of myocardial strain and strain rate of normal subjects. Methods 2DS and TVI were performed in 30 healthy volunteers. Regional longitudinal peak systolic strain and strain rate were measured and compared by two methods from the apical four-chamber view, twochamber view and the left ventricular long-axis view. Results Left ventricular two-dimensional longitudinal strain gradually increased from the base to apex, and strain rate was the highest in apex. Left ventricular longitudinal strain and strain rate were instable, and showed no clear law in all segments. The longitudinai strain and strain rate obtained by 2DS were significantly different from those obtained by TVI in the vast majority of segments ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Left ventricular two-dimensional and tissue velocity imaging are inconsistent for determining longitudinal strain and strain rate from the base to apex.
