摘　　要：在当代中国,民主已经成为热门话题,因此有必要对民主问题从理论与实践相结合、历史与逻辑相统一上进行理解。民主是个含义丰富的概念,必须正本清源,从社会主义民主与西方民主、民主与政府权威、民主同民粹、民主与法治、民主的实现形式和过程等不同的视角来加以分析,从而形成一个较全面的认识和判断。Democracy has become a hot issue in modem China so it is quite necessary to comprehend democratic problems by combining its theory and practice, its history and logics. Democracy has rich meaning, which needs radically reformation and should be analyzed from the perspectives of socialist democracy and western democracy, democracy and government authority, democracy and populism, democracy and rule of law, democracy＇s realization form and process so as to generate a full recognition and judgment.
