摘　　要：提高高校毕业生思想政治教育工作的时效性,需要我们深入地了解新时期大学生的思想特点和成长规律,以灵活多样的形式和途径,有针对性地开展国情观、择业观和价值观教育,帮助他们深入了解现实,合理规划人生理想,自觉协调统一国家意志、社会责任和实现自我价值的追求。In order to improve the chronergy of ideological and political work of college graduates, we need to further comprehend the ideological traits and growth rules of college students in the new era, make use of flexible and various forms and methods to carry out the education of views on national conditions, employment and values, help them to get better acquaintance with social reality, plan their life idea reasonably,and harmonize and unite the pursuits of national will, social responsibility and self-worth.
