摘　　要：反腐倡廉建设是关系到党的执政地位是否牢固,人民的根本利益是否得到切实维护,社会主义政权能否长治久安的大事。构建高效的反腐倡廉建设运行监控机制是解决这一问题的关键,而形成高效的党内监督机制、强有力的人大权力监督机制、完善的社会监督机制、富有实效的民主党派监督机制是具体措施。Anti-corruption and rebuilding probity government concerned with the fastness of reign, protection of people＇ s fundamental interests, consolidation of socialism. Constructing high-efficient supervision mechanism is the key solution to this problem. In order to succeed this, we should take detailed steps to build an effective, powerful, perfect and practical supervision mechanisms respectively in CCP, NPC, society and other democracy parties.
