摘  要:本论文利用NMMO(N甲基吗琳-N-氧化物)技术溶解纤维素,并向纤维素溶胶中添加纳米填料制备纤维素包装膜,同时研究了填料种类和添加量对纤维素包装膜性能及结构的影响。结果表明:纳米改性蒙脱土、纳米改性SiO_2及纳米改性CaCO_3添加量分别为0.5%、1.5%和0.6%时制备的无机充填纤维素包装膜的力学性能较好,且纳米无机填料的添加可以明显改善其透氧性能。The technique and method of preparing cellulose packaging films filled with nano-inorganic minerals were studied with NMMO as solvents. The effects of different types and content of minerals on properties and structures were researched. The results showed'that the cellulose packaging films filled with nano-mineral had the excellent mechanical properties when the content of Nano-montmorillonite was 0.5%, the content of nano-SiO2 was 1.5% and the content of nano-CaCO3 is 0.5%. And the oxygen permeation of cellulose films were improved significantly with the addition of nanoinorganic fillers.
