摘　　要：伍铁平是我国当代著名理论语言学家,模糊语言学、比较词源学的开创者。在语言学界较早举起学术批评大旗,围绕"学术"和"学风"这两个影响学术发展的要害问题,对我国语言文字学界的伪科学和不正之风进行了大胆揭露与批评。其学术批评活动,对净化语言文字学学术环境,维护国家语言文字政策,促进语言学科的健康发展,起到了积极的示范作用。This paper proposes that contemporary linguistics in China can not lack academic criticism,because academic criticism is beneficial to the improvement of contemporary linguistics in China,and beneficial to setting a nicer academic atmosphere and enhancing the consciousness of protecting intellectual property rights in contemporary linguistics circle in China.When linguists are developing academic criticism for the health of contemporary linguistics in China,they should pay attention to the health of academic criticism too.They should insist on justice,respect the truth,and criticize others reasonally in the academic criticism.Meanwhile,the linguists' attitudes towards the criticism from others also play an important role in the healthy academic criticism.
