Land Acquisition and the Government's Relevant Policies in Vietnam

摘　　要：越南是一个地少人多的国家，2003年人均土地面积为0．4公顷／人，人均农地面积为0．12公顷／人，农业人口人均农地面积0．16公顷／人，人均土地资源低于世界平均水平①。近年来，越南经济持续高速增长，工业化、现代化程度越来越高，城市规模也在不断扩大，这些成就的取得离不开基础设施的日益完善，而基础建设离不开土地的使用，因此，土地征用就日益成为一个突出的问题。In recent years, with the economic development in Vietnam, the industrialization and urbanization process has been speeded up, therefore, a great amount of land will be requisitioned for the infrastructure construction. This article introduces the basic information of land acquisition for these years in Vietnam and makes an initial research on the land compensation and the re-employment for those whose land has been requisitioned.
