培养卫生员卫勤保障能力的思考

摘　　要：为提高卫生员的卫勤保障能力，笔者分析了卫生员卫勤保障的特点，提出了卫生员学习训练实战化、标准化、专业化的构想。通过实行卫训队正规化、长期化、基地化，培养出具有较高卫勤保障能力的卫生员。With a view to enhancing the medic＇s ability of medical service,the author analyzed the characteristics of medical service supporting by the medic. To meet the demand on the medic training company of medical service in the future, many steps should be taken by strengthening the long - term construction, by speeding up the process of a miliffary base, by regularizing the management. More strict trainings even attaching to actual combat should be carried out to improve the profes-sional and standard skills of the medic.
