摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下微波热凝鼻后下神经、筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。方法:在鼻内镜下微波热凝中、下鼻甲后端之间的鼻腔外侧壁鼻后下神经分布处黏膜及鼻丘和相应鼻中隔前上部筛前神经分布区域黏膜,待局部黏膜变白为止。结果:经随访2年,总有效率87%,显效率65%,有效率22%,无效率13%。结论:经鼻内镜微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎具有可视性强,操作方便,不良反应轻,疗效显著的特点,有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：To approach the effect of nasal endoscopic microwave heating posterior inferior nasal nerve and anterior ethmoid nerve for treating allergic rhinitis. Methods：To use nasal endoscopic microwave heating the nasal mucosa in posterior inferior nerve innervation of nasal cavity lateral wall between middle,inferior nasal eoncha posterior ends and in anterior ethmoid nerve innervation of agger nasi and corresponding nasal septum front and superior part until the local mucosa turned white. Results：After 2- year follow-up visit,the total effective rate was 87% ,the effective rate 22% ,the invalid rate 13%. Conclusion：The nasal endoscopic microwave heating for treating lallergic rhinitis has strong visibility ,convenient operation,less side effect, significant curative effect and better clinical application value.
