女性商业性工作者艾滋病知识及相关行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所女性性工作者对艾滋病的认知、态度及相关行为,为健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法对确定的调查对象采用统一的《公共场所从业人员健康问卷》进行调查,调查对象同时做HIV抗体检查。结果调查对象对艾滋病传播途径及预防方法的知晓率分别为27.66%～88.83%及44.42%～71.83%;每次性交都使用安全套的占12.18%,多数时候使用的占51.52%;有24.62%的调查对象自愿做了艾滋病检测,全部调查对象的艾滋病抗体均为阴性。结论娱乐场所女性性工作者对艾滋病相关知识的认知较好,但对艾滋病预防方法的了解有欠缺,安全套的使用率较低,今后应加强对女性性工作者人群的艾滋病防治方法教育,着力提高该人群的安全套使用率。Objective To survey behavior and knowledge about AIDS of the female sexual workers in entertainment places in Qinyang District of Chengdu and find out the way to carry out health education and behavior intervention in the places. Method Unified questionnaire was used and blood anti-HIV test was performed at the same time. Results The awareness rates of AIDS transinmision route and prevention measures wrer 27.66% - 88.83% and 44. 42% -71.83% respectively. The rate of condom using in every time was 12. 18% only, and in most time was 51.52%. 24. 62% detected AIDS on a voluntary basis. AIDS antibedy test revealed negative in all the female sexual workeers investigated. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the knowledge level of ADIS prevention among the female sexual workers in entertainment places.
