摘　　要：目的探讨对经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗复杂性肾结石并发症的观察及护理措施,从而达到提高PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石的护理质量。方法总结2007年2月～2008年10月我科PCNL治疗的56例复杂性肾结石患者术后的并发症及其护理措施。结果56例经皮肾镜取石术患者中有22例发生并发症,其中发生出血3例,结石残留16例,严重感染1例,肾贯通伤2例。22例发生并发症的患者都被及时发现并给予积极有效的治疗和护理,无1例因术后并发症而发生严重后果。结论PCNL虽属微创手术,但术中术后大出血、残留结石、术后感染等是PCNL较常见的并发症,加强对并发症的观察及护理对提高手术的成功率至关重要。Objective To evaluate the observation and nursing intervefion of complication following percutaneous nephrostoliithotomy （PCNL）, thereby raising the quality of care. Methods From February 21207 to September 2008, 56 patients underwent PCNL in treatment of renal calculus, and the occurrence and nursing intervention to deal with complication were retrospeetively analysed. Results Complications occured in 22 cases;3 patients found severe hemorrhage in operation; 16 cases had calculus residual; Severe infection happened to 1 case; 2 patients had renal perforating injury. There were no severe complications because the 22 cases gained effective therapy and nursing. Conclusion PCNL is a minimally invasive operation.However,it has obvious risk such as massive hemorrhage, calculus residual and infection after operation. The improvement in the observation and nursing of complications is extremely important to raise the achievement ratio of operation.
