摘　　要：目的:探讨改变产时的服务模式,实施一对一全程陪伴分娩,以保证母婴安全。方法:开展实施一对一全程陪伴分娩具体措施是:产房环境的改造,物品、设备的准备,人员培训,完善相关的制度,具体的实施和管理,产后访视等;实施前后随机各抽取产妇500名作调查比较。结果:实施一对一全程陪伴分娩提高产科质量,提高满意度,该模式是保证母婴安全最适宜的技术。结论:该模式促进陪产人员转变服务理念,激发工作的主动性和积极性,促进护患关系融洽,深化整体护理内涵。Objective： To explore the implement and management of the service model of ＂ one to one＂ whole process companion delivery in order to ensure maternal and child safety. Methods： Specific measures of ＂ one to one＂ whole process companion delivery were as follows ： transformating the deliver）＇ room environment, preparing for delivery room supplies and equipment, training personnel, improving relevant systems, formulating specific implementation and management, carry!ng out post - natal visits and so on. 500 pregnant women were selected and compared before and after the implementation. Results： The service mode of ＂ one to one＂ whole process companion delivery improved obstetric quality and satisfaction, which was the most appropriate technology for ensuring maternal and child safety. Conclusion： The service model can promote accompanying personnel to change in the service concept, stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm, promote the nurse - patient relationship and deepen the connotation of holistic nursing.
