摘 要:目的研究恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后的血小板计数和聚集性变化特点。方法空腹抽取98名肿瘤患者和48名正常人静脉血,肝素抗凝后,测定Plt;并以ADP为激活剂体外测定ADP诱导的血小板最大聚集率。结果72.4%的肿瘤患者化疗前、56.2%正常人Plt>200×109/L。患者经过化疗后血小板数减少,>200×109/L的比例降为30.6%。化疗后肿瘤患者血小板最大聚集率为(70.87±8.60)%,正常人为(66.06±8.61)%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.11,P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者的Plt较正常人高,虽然经过化疗Plt减少,但聚集性仍较正常人高。Objective To study the alterations of platelet count and aggregation ability in patients with malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy. Methods Blood samples of 98 tumor patients and 48 healthy controls were tested for platelet count and the maximal aggregation rate (MAR) induced by ADP. Results A total of 72.4% of cancer patients (before chemotherapy)and 56, 2% of the healthy controls had a platclet count 〉 200 × 10^9/L. After chemotherapy, the platelet number of cancer patients decreased, while the MAR was still higher than that of healthy controls, (70. 87 ± 8. 60 ) % and (66.06± 8. 61 ) % for cancer patients and healthy controls, respectively ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Compared with the healthy control, cancer patients have a higher platelet count before chemotherapy. Chemothrapy decreases the platelet number, but the patients still have a higher MAR.
