摘　　要：目的探讨A型行为模式大学生时间管理倾向的特征,为对高校学生进行时间管理倾向引导提供依据。方法对598名大学生采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和A型行为量表进行调查。结果A型行为模式的大学生时间管理倾向在性别、年级与学历上存在一定的差异。A型行为模式的大学生在时间管理倾向的总分及各因子上男、女生差异有统计学意义,大一与大二年级在时间监控观与总分上差异有统计学意义,本科生与专科生时间价值感差异也有统计学意义。结论应针对A型行为模式大学生时间管理倾向特征对其进行合理引导。Objective To discuss the feature of the time management disposition among college students, and to provide bases for guiding time management disposition. Methods Five hundred and ninety-eight college students were investigated by Teenagers Time Management Disposition Scale and A-type Personality Scale. Results There were obvious differences of the total scores and factors of time management disposition between boys and girls, and those of boys were higher than those of girls. The sense of time control and the total scores of sophomores were significantly higher than those of freshmen. The sense of time value of undergraduate students was higher than that of junior college students. Time management disposition of college student with A-type personality had certain discrepancy on sex, grade, and educational background. Concluslon Some reasonable guidance should be given to the A-type personality college students according to the features of their time management disposition.
