摘  要:目的了解医科大学生心肺功能及体育锻炼对大学生体能状态的影响,为促进高校大学生养成良好的体育锻炼习惯提供依据。方法以40名经常参加体育锻炼男生为实验组,另选取40名身体健康状况良好、与实验组年龄无差异的男生为对照组,用心肺功能测量仪及超声心动图测量静息及负荷状态下心肺功能9项指标,对测试结果进行对比分析。结果2组学生心肺各项指标均在正常生理范围内,心肺功能正常。负荷状态下,实验组呼吸频率和心率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);每分钟通气量、每千克体重摄氧量、每博摄氧量、每搏量峰值显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论实验组学生心脏泵血功能优于对照组,肺通气及换气功能较对照组有所增强。Objective To study the influence of college students' cardiopulmonary function and physical activity on their physical state, and to provide evidence for promote the students forming sound sports habits. Methods The experimental was made up of 40 boys who participated in regular physical activity in our college. The 9 indicators of heart and lung function were measured by using Heart and Lung Function Measurement and Heart Ultrasound Measurements. Results The two groups of students' heart and lung physiological indicators were in normal scope. In load state, HR and BF of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and there was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). VE, WO2/kg, VO2/ p, SV peak value were significantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The pump function of heart, lung ventilation and ventilation function in the experimental group are better than those in the control group.
