摘　　要：从企业资源理论和产业生态理论对农业科技企业孵化器动态合作的内在机理进行分析,提出农业科技企业孵化器间协调合作的重要性,并从协调博弈的角度探讨农业孵化器的学习进化过程,进一步从促进农业孵化器之间的合作出发,探讨促进农业孵化器合作的实现策略,对我国大力发展农业科技企业孵化器,加速农业高新技术转化进行有益的探索。The paper has analyzed the agricultural science and technology incubator dynamic cooperation＇s intrinsic mechanism from the enterprise resources theory and the industrial ecology theory, proposes the cooperation importance among the agricultural science and technology incu- bators. The paper has discussed the study evolution process of the agricultural science and technology incubator from the coordination game theory, further argues the strategies to realize from the agricultural science and technology incubator cooperation. The paper has carried on the beneficial exploration to develop the agricultural science and technology incubator and accelerate agriculture high and new technology transformation.
