摘 要:介绍了四轮驱动气力有序抛秧机的结构组成和工作原理,说明了气力有序抛栽的特点,给出了四轮驱动底盘的结构和传动路线,研制了气力有序抛秧试验台,并利用气动试验台进行了作业速度适应性试验;完成了样机的加工和安装工作,并在水田进行了抛栽试验。研究结果表明,四轮驱动气力有序抛秧机可以避免伤秧和伤盘,有效降低漏秧率,解决工效低、壅泥涌水严重和环境适应性差等问题。In this paper, the makeup, working mechanism and characteristic of a four-wheel drive pneumatic throwing transplanted of paddy seedling are presented. The Configuration and the transmission of the four-wheel drive chassis of the transplanted are given. A test-bed of the working device of the transplanted is developed. The experiment on the adaptability to different working speed is conducted on the test- bed. The prototype of the transplanted is manufactured and assembled, and using which some throwing transplanting experiment is conducted in paddy field. The research proves that the four-wheel drive pneumatic throwing transplanted of paddy seedling can overcome the problems properly of plastic plate or seedling damage, low working efficiency, bad flexibility to working condition, and significant heaping soil, and can also decrease the rate of seedling omission.
