摘　　要：通过对中国足球后备人才面临的现状进行分析,探索提高青少年足球运动员训练水平的途径,从而提高中国足球运动水平。提出明确目标、借鉴国外经验、整治比赛环境,加强足球从业人员的职业道德教育以及教练员队伍的建设等建议。Through an analysis of the status quo which Chinese future football players are faced with, the author intends to make an exploration of the approach to improve the disciplinal level of young football players, so that the whole level of Chinese football could be improved also. Actively use the advanced managing experience The author thinks making a certain purpose to improve the vocational education of the football practitioners.
