摘　　要：目的:探讨整合素β3在血管瘤发生、发展及退化过程中的表达状况及意义。方法:采用RT-PCR技术,检测人血管瘤增生期、消退期及正常皮肤组织中整合素β3的表达,利用SPSS软件进行数据分析,增生期血管瘤标本中整合素β3的表达明显高于消退期及正常皮肤组织,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);消退期标本与正常皮肤组织中β3的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:整合素β3在血管瘤的发生发展中起到重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of integrin β3 in the occurrence,development and regression of human hemangioma. Methods we examined the expression of integrin β3 in proliferating and involuting human hemangioma and normal human skin tissues by using RT-PCR.The SPSS software was applied to measure the expression level of integrin β3 in different stages of hemangioma and in normal skin tissues. The expression of integrin β3 was significantly higher in proliferating hemangioma than in involuting hemangioma and normal skin tissues （P〈0.05）, but it was not significantly higher in involuting hemangioma than in normal skin tissues （P〉0.05）. Conclusions It suggest that integrin β3 might play an important role in the occurrence and development of human hemangioma.
