义齿粘附剂Protefix~用于铸造钛基板全口义齿的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:对义齿粘附剂PROTEFIX用于铸造纯钛基板全口义齿的临床使用效果进行评价。方法:在临床上随机选取无牙颌患者16例,分为两组。实验组患者采用铸造纯钛基板全口义齿修复,对照组患者使用树脂基板全口义齿修复。分别对两组患者使用义齿粘附剂Protefix前、后的咬合力和咀嚼效率进行测定,并以问卷形式调查患者的主观评价。结果:使用义齿粘附剂PROTEFIX后,可以显著提高患者使用全口义齿时的最大合力和咀嚼效率(P<0.05)。患者认为义齿粘附剂可以明显提高义齿的固位、稳定及咀嚼能力,有效减缓压痛,提高戴用义齿的舒适度,实验组和对照组间无显著差异。结论:PROTEFIX义齿粘附剂可以显著提高铸造钛基板全口义齿的固位和稳定,从而提高义齿的使用效果,与全树脂基托全口义齿无显著差异。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the use of denture adhesive PROTEFIX as an aid to complete denture with titanium base. Methods Altogether 16 edentulous patients were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly for this study. The one group received complete denture with titanium base, the other group received complete denture with traditional resin base. The maximum biting force and the masticatory efficiency was recorded before and after application of the denture adhesive. Subjective evaluations of the patients were also got through questionnaires. Results The maximum biting force and the masticatory efficiency were significantly improved after the application of the denture adhesive （P〈0.05）. Subjective evaluations of the patients indicated that the retention,stability was enhanced,chewing efficiency, comfortability was improved,and the pain of the users was eased. Conclusion Denture adhesive can significantly improve the retention,stability and function of complete denture with either titanium base or traditional resin base.
