摘 要:毒力测定结果表明,甲维盐、毒死蜱的比例为1:124时,对稻纵卷叶螟的LC50(18.86mg/L)最低,共毒系数(156.02)最高,增效作用最大。田间试验结果表明,药后7d,25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂600—1200mL/hm^2对稻纵卷叶螟的防效为86.40%~94.42%,表现出较强的胃毒、触杀性,与对照药剂毒死蜱乳油、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油元显著差异;药后14d,25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂600~1200mL/hm^2对稻纵卷叶螟的防效为76.92%-88.00%,与对照药剂毒死蜱乳油的防效(77.17%)无显著差异,显著优于甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油的防效(55.00%);25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂对稻纵卷叶螟的保叶效果以1200mL/hm^2为最好,达79.24%。25%甲维·毒死蜱水乳剂防治稻纵卷叶螟的适期为卵孵盛期和低龄幼虫高峰期,推荐剂量为900~1200mL/hm^2,施用方式应选择在无露水时均匀细喷雾。The result of the biological activity test showed that the LC50 and cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) of the mixture of emamectin benzoate and ehlorpyrifos at the ratio of 1:124 against the larvae of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were the lowest (18.86 mg/L) and the highest (156.02), respectively, indicating this mixture had the greatest synergism. The results of field trials of 25% emamectin benzoate . chiorpyrifes ( 1: 124) EW showed that the mixture reagent had favorable stomach action and contact action. The control effect of 25% emamectin benzoate . ehlorpyrifos EW at the dose of 600 - 1200 mL/hm^2 against the larvae of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis was 86.40%- 94.42% after 7 days, 76.92% - 88.00% after 14 days, which were all much better than that of emamectin benzoate or chlorpyrifes. The leaf protection effect of 25% emamectin benzoate . ehlorpyrifos EW at the dose of 1200 mL/hm^2 was 79.7.4% after 14 days. So 25% emamectin benzoate ~ chlorpyrifes EW at the dose of 900 -1200 mL/hm^2 is recommended for control of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis.
