摘 要:随着电网规模的不断扩大,电压崩溃事故的频发,电力系统电压稳定性问题已经受到越来越多的关注,逐渐成为电力界的一个研究热点。电压稳定又称负荷稳定,负荷特性是电压稳定研究的关键问题。在总结前人研究成果的基础上,就奇异值分解法应用于考虑负荷静特性的电力系统进行静态电压稳定分析做了一些探索性工作。首先概述了电压稳定问题研究的历史和现状,阐述了电压失稳的机理并对各种静态以及动态电压稳定分析方法进行了介绍。接着介绍了奇异值分解法。奇异值分解法的数学理论严谨,判别指标准确、简洁、实用。在奇异值分解法的基础上,运用电压稳定指标在IEEE14节点和IEEE39节点标准系统中进行了仿真验证,对各个指标进行了物理意义分析,证实了方法的正确性。对系统采用了不同的负荷模型进行电压稳定分析,得出了关于考虑了负荷模型的实际系统分析的有用结论。最后,基于奇异值分解法得出的结论,提出了预防电压失稳、防止电压崩溃、提高系统电压稳定性的控制措施。As power system becoming larger and larger, the frequency of voltage collapse accidents becomes higher and higher. So voltage stability of power system has been focused on by more and more people, and become a hot topic in power industry. Voltage stability is also called load stability, and the research of' load characteristics is the key. Based on the former achieve- ments, some work has been done that how singular value decomposition method can be applied to static voltage stability analy- sis based on static load model. Firstly, it gives an introduction to the history and the current situation of voltage stability prob- lem and the principle of Voltage instability, as well as all kinds of voltage stability analysis methods, both static and dynamic. Then the singular value decomposition is introduced. The mathematical theory of singular value decomposition method is very rigorous, and the criteria of voltage stability are precise, concise and practical. The fourth chapter validates SVD method through IEEE 14 buses standard system and IEEE 39 buses standard system, and the physical meanings of all criteria are ana- lyzed, which proves SVD method practical. The standard system based on different load model has been analyzed using SVD method, and some conclusions have been gotten that are useful to practical systems. At last, based on the conclusions, some measures are given to avoid the voltage instability or voltage collapse and to improve the voltage stability of power system.
