摘　　要：查阅了国内外相关资料,并在大量试验的基础上,系统地介绍了关于电镀层内应力的概念,内应力对镀层及工件机械性能的影响,内应力产生的机理,电镀过程中影响内应力的因素以及消除内应力的办法。Based on relevant domestic and foreign references and a lot of experiments, the concept of coating internal stress,its impact on the mechanical performance of coating and parts, mechanism of its generation, factors affecting it during electroplating and its relieving methods are systematically presented.
