摘　　要：中国古代史分期问题是中国几代史学家运用马克思主义理论探讨中国历史的重大问题。抗战时期延安学者关于古史分期的争鸣是先前中国社会史论战中关于中国历史分期问题的深入,既体现了论战学者个人的治学风格,也凸现了时代的特点和要求,其学术意义不可低估。The issue on Chinese ancient history stage d Yan＇ An is discussed by several generations of Chinese historians using the Marxism theory. During the Sino- Japanese War, the scholars of Yan＇ An started a controversy about Chinese ancient history stage, which was a further step of the former controvemy on division of the Chinese history stage. It not only manifested the scholar＇ s individual rescach style, but also embodied the characteristics and demands of the times. Its academic significance could not be under- estimated.
