摘 要:研究了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定锡青铜合金中微量镧、镍和铈的分析方法。优选了仪器的工作条件,确定了样品的溶解方法和待测元素的分析线。对基体元素和主要共存元素锡、锌和铅对测定的影响进行考察。结果表明:当试液中基体元素质量浓度小于5mg/mL时,不用分离基体、不加内标,直接用基体匹配方法进行测定;试液中0.12mg/mL锡,0.16mg/mL锌、铅对8mg/mL镧,16mg/mL镍和8mg/mL铈的测定几乎没有影响。锡青铜合金中待测元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.6%~4.8%之间,标准加入回收率在100%~104%范围。The method for determining lanthanum, nickel and cerium in tin bronze by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was studied. The working conditions of instrument were optimized. The dissolving method of sample and the analytical line for tested elements were determined. The effects of matrix elements and major coexistence elements including tin, zinc and lead on the determination were investigated. The results showed that when the mass concentration of matrix element was less than 5 mg/mL, the determination could be directly conducted by matrix matching with no need of separating matrix and adding internal standard. 0.12 mg/mL tin and 0.16 mg/mL zinc and lead had no interference with the determination of 8μg/mL lanthanum, 16 μg/mL nickel and 8 μg/mL cerium in the solution. RSD of the results for the determined elements were in the range of 0. 6%--4.8%, and the standard addition recoveries were between 100% and 104%.
