美国区域产业结构调整的投融资支持及启示

摘　　要：我国现阶段正面临着如何缩小东、西、中部之间社会和经济发展的差距、让国家经济均衡发展的难题,这与美国当年区域产业机构调整十分相似。美国在产业结构调整及优化的过程中,国家的政策支持是产业结构调整的主要力量,而资本市场也发挥了"看不见的手"的作用,美国促进产业结构调整过程中投融资的支持将对我国区域产业结构调整产生重要启示。At the present stage, China is facing a difficult problem on how to narrow the gaps in the social and economic development between east, west and middle regions and make the national economy under a balanced development, which is very similar to the regional industrial adjustment in the United States. In the process of industrial structure adjustment and optimization, the U.S. national policy is to support the industrial restructuring as major forces, and the capital market has also played a role of ＂invisible hand＂. The U. S. investment and financing policy will be an important enlightenment to China＇s regional industrial structure adjustment.
