医院人员编制模式的模拟与比较

摘　　要：本文通过对一所700余张床位规模的医院人员编制的调查,模拟进行计划、评审两种模式的医院人员编制,并与调查的实际模式进行比较,发现公休日需要职工人数比例高达20％。认为医院在降低劳动成本、提高劳动效益方面做了积极努力,提请各方注意医院人力的投入,以保证医院服务质量的不断提高。We have investigated a staff model of the hospital with over 700 beds . According to establishment standards , the plan staff model and the grade staff model have been established and compared. We put forward a concept of the rate of the hospital staff needed in vacation and find that the rate is higher than twenty percent. Considering that hospital managers work hard on reducing the labour costs and raising the labour efficacy, we suggest that managers should pay attention on increasing hospital manpower and improving the service quality increasingly.
