摘  要:在沈阳农业大学植物园5a生杨树人工林内,采用网袋法对银杏凋落叶分解进行5个月的动态观测研究。结果表明:银杏凋落叶分解失重率为26.0%,腐解率为0.0022/d,完成50%分解及95%分解所需时间分别为0.86a、3.73a;分解过程中,总黄酮、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、可溶性糖含量均呈下降趋势,而粗纤维呈上升趋势。各主要成分损失速率的顺序为:粗脂肪>黄酮>粗蛋白>可溶性糖>粗纤维。In a 5-year-old poplar tree plantation in Botanical Garden of Shenyang Agricultural University, 5-month dynamic observation and studies on the decomposition of Ginkgo biloba leaf litter were conducted by means of litter-bag method. The results showed that: the weight loss rate of decomposition of Ginkgo biloba leaf litter was 26.0%, the decomposition coefficient was 0.0022d-1, and the time needed to finish the 50% and 95% decomposition was 0.86a and 3.73a respectively. During the course of decomposition, contents of flavonol glycoside, ether extract, crude protein and soluble carbohydrate showed decreasing trends, but content of crude fiber content increased. The loss speed of each principal constituent was in the following order: ether extract, flavonol glycoside, crude protein, soluble carbohydrate, crude fiber.
