摘　　要：在分析平原内河航道特点的基础上,针对内河航道建设面临的形势和困难,结合工程实际从工程设计理念方面探讨解决措施。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of plain inland waterway, in view of the situation and difficulties of inland waterway construction, this paper discusses the solutions from the design idea combining with practical engineering projects.
