摘 要:采用PCR扩增及产物的电泳法检测了34只小尾寒羊、35只无角陶赛特、30只萨福克和中国美利奴(新疆型)多胎品系(29只)、肉用品系(30只)、体大品系(29只)6个品种(系)共187只母羊OarAE101、BM143和Oar-HH35三个微卫星标记的多态性,并对不同基因型母羊间的多羔性状进行了差异分析。结果表明,绵羊一些微卫星基因座的多态性与多羔性状间具有相关性;而这种相关性具有明显的品种差异性;可作为多羔性状选育辅助标记的微卫星标记有:OarHH35的117 bp/121 bp和OarAE101的103 bp/111 bp基因型(小尾寒羊);OarHH35的127 bp/141 bp,BM143的104 bp/114 bp和OarAE101的103 bp/103 bp基因型〔中国美利奴(多胎)〕;OarAE101的111 bp/111 bp基因型和BM143的112 bp/122 bp基因型〔中国美利奴(肉用)〕;BM143的112 bp/122 bp基因型(萨福克)。而萨福克OarHH35的125 bp/139 bp1、27 bp/141 bp基因型均产单羔,在多羔性状的选育中应予以淘汰。在小尾寒羊,与血液Tf基因型和BMPR-IB基因型指标相比,微卫星法并不是一种较好的多羔性状选育方法。The polymorphism of three microsatellite loci,OarAE101,BM143 and OarHH35 were tested in 34 of Small Tail Han ewe (STH),35 of Poll Dorset ewe (PD),30 of Suffolk ewe (S) and Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type) ewe (including 29 of Prolific strain (PS), 30 of Meat strain (MS) and 29 of Big Frame strain (BFS) 3 by PCR method,and the co-relationship between different genotypes and litter size was identified. The results showed that there was co-relationship between polymorphism of some microsatellite and prolificacy characters,and this co-elationship was obviously different between breeds/Strains. The microsatellite markers for prolificacy character could be as bellow: OarHH35 117bp/121bp and OarAE101 103bp/111bp in STH,OarHH35 127bp/141bp,BM143 104bp/114bp and OarAE101 103bp/103bp in Chinese Merino PS, OarAE101 111bp/111bp and BM143 l12bp/122bp in Chinese Merino MS, and BM143 112bp/122bp in Suffolk. The Suffolk ewes with the genotypes of OarHH35 125bp/139bp, 127bp/141bp produced single lamb,and therefore these microsatellite markers could be used for elimination in Suffolk. It seems that in Small Tail Han, microsatellite method is not a method better than that of the Tf genotype or BMPR-IB genotype for breeding selection.
