饲喂棉籽壳对哈萨克羊饮水量、排尿量、排粪量及相关指标的影响

摘　　要：选用8只10月龄、体重约40 kg的雄性哈萨克羊,共4个时期(每期16 d,共64 d)分别在日粮中添加棉籽壳0,500,800,1100 g/d饲喂。称量并计算羊的饮水量、排尿量、排粪量、尿中干物质、粪中水分及体内排出水分占摄入水分的百分比。结果显示,试验期间羊的饮水量有所波动,第4期比第1期减少13.11%,差异均不显著(P>0.05);排尿量第4期与第1期相比减少了63.02%,差异极显著(P<0.01);鲜粪量随棉籽壳饲喂量的增加而逐期增加,第4期比第1期增加了42.86%,差异极显著(P<0.01);经计算得出,尿中干物质含量第4期比其余各期分别减少46.38%,30.62%,44.10%;粪中水分逐渐增加,第4期比第1期增加了0.32 kg/d,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验羊体内排出的水分占机体摄入的总水分的含量前3期变化不大,但到了第4期比值有所下降,与第1期相差最大即下降了24.06%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。The present experiment was designed to feed cotton seed hull of 0,500,800 and 1100 g/d respectively to 8 Kazak male sheep with 10 month-old,weight of about 40 kg during the four periods, each period with 16 d,total 64 d. During the four periods,the sheep were tested on drinking, urination, excrement,the dry matter of urine,the content of water in fecal and the ratio of water secretion to fluid intake. The results showed that in the test period, the level of the drinking of the sheep was fluctuated, that of 4th period sheep was 13.11% （P〉0.05） less than that of 1st period sheep,and was not signigicant. The urination of tested sheep in the 4th period declined by 63.02% （P〈0.01） compared with the lth period, the difference was extremely significant （P〈0.01）. The fresh fecal content was increased gradually with the increasing of the feeding content of cotton seed hull, that of 4th period sheep was increased by 42.86% compared with that of l th period sheep,the difference was extremely significant （P〈0.01）. By statistical results,the dry matter content in urination of 4th period sheep was less than that of other period sheep by 46.38% ,30.62% ,44.10% respectively. The water in exerement was increased gradulally,that of 4th period sheep was increased by 0.32 kg/d compared with that of 1st period sheep,the difference was extremely significant （P〈0.01）. Water discharged from the tested sheep had little change in early three periods,but decreased in 4th period, which has the biggest difference with l th period, but was not signigicant （P〉0.05）.
