新疆驴对4种秸秆日粮采食与消化的研究

摘　　要：以3头雄性、健康、体重（132±10）kg、3～4周岁的新疆驴为实验动物，采用全收粪消化实验方法，分4批次进行研究新疆驴在400g精料水平下对麦秸、稻草、玉米秸秆和青贮日粮的利用率。实验结果表明，麦秸组、稻草组、玉米秸秆组和青贮组的干物质采食量分别为（4508±380），（3813±284），（4368±250），（2841±230）g／d，干物质消化率分别为41.53％±2．24％，44．72％±7．03％，50．61％±3．63％和59．71％±3．68％，有机物消化率分别为45．07％±2．09％．51．51％±6．13％，57．50％±3．11％和64．25％±3．25％，NDF消化率分别为43．86％±2．22％，49．26％±6．52％．51．91%±3．57％和54．36％±4．14％，能量消化率分别为43．38％±2．16％，50．72％±4．26％，55．59％±3．26％和62．15％±3．46％，粗蛋白的消化率51％～55％。总体来看，新疆驴对青贮日粮的主要养分消化率要高于其他3组日粮，利用率最高，但含水量高而降低干物质采食量，而玉米秸秆日粮又好于稻草和麦秸日粮，饲喂价值较好，稻草、麦秸次之。Three male healthy Xinjiang donkeys with weight of （132±10） kg and 3--4-year-old age were selected as experimental animals in the trial, used total collecting feces method to study Xinjiang donkey＇s utilization rate of wheat straw,rice straw,corn stalk and silage diet under feeding 400 g/d concentrate level,and all digestion experiment was divided into four phases. The results showed that wheat straw group, rice straw group,corn stalk group and silage groups＇ intake of dry matter were （4 508±380）g/d, （3 813± 284）g/d,（4 368±250）g/d and （2 841±230）g/d,respectively. Digestion rate of dry matter were 41.53% ±2.24%,44.72%±7.03%,50.61%±3.63% and 59.71%±3.68% ,respectively. Organic matter＇s digestion rate were 45.07%±2.09%,51.51%±6.13% ,57.50% ±3.11% and 64.25%±3.25%,respectively. Digestion rate of neutral detergent fibre were 43.86%±2.22% ,49.26% ±6.52%,51.91% ±3.57% and 54.36%±4. 14%, respectively. Energy digestion rate were 43. 38% ±2. 16%,50. 72%± 4. 26%, 55.59%±3. 26% and 62. 15% ±3.46%, respectively. Crude protein digestion rate was 51%--55%.In general,digestion rate of silage group＇s main nutrient by Xinjiang donkey were higher than those of the other three groups,but dry matter intake was less because of silage＇s higher moisture. Meanwhile,corn stalk diet＇s utilization rate was better than rice straw and wheat straw diet, rice straw and wheat straw took second place.
