摘 要:目的:研究支气管肺炎时超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)的动态变化及相关性,以探讨其临床意义。方法:检测52例支气管肺炎患儿极期与恢复期血SOD、CAT、GSHPX、丙二醛(MDA)活性,设正常对照组60例。结果:支气管肺炎极期SOD、CAT、GSHPX均明显降低,MDA显著升高,与正常对照组比较差异非常显著;恢复期SOD、CAT、GSHPX均明显上升,MDA明显下降,与极期比较差异非常显著。肺炎组极期和恢复期三种抗氧化酶之间均无相关性。结论:支气管肺炎时体内产生过多氧自由基,抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、GSHPX活力均下降。测定抗氧化酶可判断病情及预后。此三种抗氧化酶之间关系复杂,统计学上无相关性。以上为治疗中联合应用抗氧化剂提供了理论依据。Objective:To study the changes and correlation of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPX) of bronchopneumonia blood,and to discuss their clinical signififcance.Methods:The contents of SOD,CAT,GSHPX and MDA of 52 bronchopneumonia baby patients during climax and recovery period were examined,and compared with those of 60 normal babies.Results:SOD,CAT and GSHPX were significantly decreased during climax of bronchopneumonia,while MDA was remarkably increased.Compared with normal comparison group,the differences were very significant.SOD,CAT and GSHPX were remarkably increased during recovery,while MDA was remarkably decreased.Compared with those of the climax,the differences were significant.There was no correlation of the three antioxidases during the climax and recovery period of bronchopneumonia.Conclusions:More oxygen free radicals were produced and the contents of SOD,CAT and GSHPX decreased during the climax period of bronchopneumonia.The measurement of the three antioxidases would be beneficial to diagnosis and prognosis.The relation of these three antioxidases was complicated,and there was no correlation in statistics.The theory of the application of antioxidantes in the treatment was provided.
