摘 要:采用固相反应法制备了Ba1-xBix(Ti0.91Zr0.09)0.99Al0.01O3陶瓷,借助XRD、Agilent4284A、ZT-I电滞回线测量仪,研究了Bi3+和Al3+共掺杂后对陶瓷的相结构和介电特性的影响。研究结果表明,掺杂后Ba(Ti0.91Zr0.09)0.99Al0.01O3陶瓷的体积密度在x=0.03时,可达5.859 g/cm3,XRD结果显示,在x≤0.01时,衍射峰具有单一的四方BaTiO3结构,观察介电温谱(-30℃≤T≤130℃,10-1kHz≤f≤103kHz,其中f为频率)可发现陶瓷从正常铁电体转变成弛豫铁电体,电滞回线显示矫顽场(Ec)和剩余极化强度(Pr)小,即Ec=0.93 kV/cm,Pr=2.63μC/cm2。Ba1-x Bix (Ti0. 91 Zr0.09 )0.99 Al0.01 O3 ceramic was prepared by a solid phase reaction. The effect of the Codoping of Bi^3+ and Al^3+ on the phase structure and the dielectric properties of the ceramic has been studied by X-ray diffraction method and Agilent4284A testing analyzer and ZT-I polarization hysteretic loops testing. The results revealed that after Bi^3+ doping,the volume density of Ba(Ti0.91 Zr0.09 )0.99 Al0.01 O3 ceramic was up to 5. 859 g/cm^3 for x=0.03. The XRD study showed that the compositions had the single tetragonal phase for x≤0.01. The dielectric permittivity in the temperature range from -30 ℃ to 130℃ with frequency range from 10^-1 to 10^3 kHz was studied. The evolution from a normal ferroelectric to a relaxation ferroelectric was emphasized. The polarization hysteretic loops were observed with a remnant polarization of 2.63 μC/cm^2 and coercive force of 0.93 kV/cm.
