摘 要:研究了状态开关型多模态压电分流阻尼系统的抑振原理和实现方法。搭建了以金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管为主体的状态开关型多模态压电分流电路,设计出一种频率自适应控制器,能跟随结构振动频率变化而实时改变脉冲控制信号的输出时刻和持续时间,使该状态开关型压电分流电路对结构各阶模态的振动响应都有较好的抑制效果。应用该状态开关型压电分流电路,进行了一个柔性悬臂梁的多模态振动响应抑制实验,使悬臂梁的前5阶弯曲模态的稳态响应幅值分别降低了7.72 dB、3.97 dB1、.23 dB5、.03 dB和4.14 dB,验证了所研制的状态开关型压电分流阻尼系统的自适应多模态抑振性能。The vibration suppression principle and realization of the state-switched multiple-mode piezoelectric shunt damping system is experimentally studied. A state-switched multi-mode piezoelectric shunt circuit based on the metallic oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFET) is built. A frequency adaptive controller is designed, which can change the output time and the duration of the pulse control signal in real time with the change of the vibration frequency, thus the vibration response of each mode can be suppressed better by this state-switched pi- ezoelectric shunt circuit. As an example for verifying the performance of this multi-mode vibration control method, the vibration control experiments on a cantilever beam with state-switched piezoelectric shunt circuit was performed. The results show that the resonant vibrations of 5 modes of the beam can be suppressed by about 7.72 dB, 3.97 dB, 1.23 dB, 5.03 dB and 4. 14 dB reductions respectively. The test results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of multi-mode frequency adaptive vibration control with state-switched piezoelectric shunt damping system.
