摘　　要：在溢流坝或溢洪道工程水力设计中，其过流能力、堰面水面线、下游水力衔接等，设计人员都很熟悉，国内技术规范、出版书籍等都有相关资料、公式可予查找。但是坝前或溢洪道堰前水面线特征，人们往往较为生疏，为此。In the hydraulic design of spillway dam or spillway project, designers know well its water carrying capability, water surface line on the weir and its waterpower join, and can look up domestic technology specification and published books for data and formula. However, people are always not familiar with the characteristics of water surface line before dam and spillway. Therefore, the writers introduce this problem briefly.
