供电企业绩效管理体系改进构想

摘　　要：在分析我国供电企业绩效管理的现状与问题基础上,探索了能将企业发展战略有效地贯彻到组织的每个部门、每个员工,并实现员工个人绩效与企业整体绩效的协调一致的绩效管理工具,提出了利用先进的绩效管理工具,在我国供电企业内建立起现代绩效管理体系的构想。This supply enterprises; article analyzes the present situation and problems of performance management of power explores the performance management system which can make the enterprises＇ development strategy, implement effectively in each department and eahh staff of the organization. The system can be used to realize coordination between staff individual achievements and the enterprise overall achievements. Finally, this article proposes some ideas on establishing the modem performance management system in power supply enterprises by adopting the advanced performance management system.
