李根源治边思想探析

摘　　要：李根源在亲身经历边疆危机的基础上,形成了比较合理的治边思想。此后,他改土归流,怒俅殖边,有效地巩固了云南边疆。在抗战中,他的治边思想得到进一步的发展,为打败日寇作出了贡献。LI Gen-yuan experienced some crisis in border areas and hence formed his reasonable thoughts about how to govern these areas on that basis. His measures, i.e. bureaucratization and land reclaiming in valleys of Nujiang River and Dulongjiang River, consolidated government of border areas of Yunnan. In anti-Japanese War, his thoughts of governing border areas was further developed and contributed a lot to the victory of the war.
