摘  要:制备了一种高纯度的8-羟基喹啉铝的衍生物——三(5-氯-8-羟基喹啉)铝(AlClq3)。用核磁共振谱仪、元素分析仪、红外光谱仪确定了AlClq3的结构。通过差示扫描量热法、紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱和光致发光光谱表征了Al-Clq3的热稳定性以及能带结构。实验结果表明:AlClq3晶型转变温度为187℃,在紫外光的激发下,在乙醇溶液中的荧光发射峰的波长为535nm,为黄绿色荧光,禁带宽度3.16eV。用真空蒸镀法制备了黄绿光有机电致发光器件,其发射峰的波长为540nm。器件的电学特性由三(5-氯-8-羟基喹啉)铝控制,在低压时由注入电流限制,高压时由陷阱电荷传导机制控制。Tris ( 5 - chloro - 8 - hydroxyquinoline) Aluminum was synthesized and purified by vacuum sublimation. The structure of the complex was characterized by 1HNMR and elemental analysis techniques. And its thermal stability and energy band structure were also investigated by DSC curve, UV - vis absorption spectra and fluorescent emission spectra. Experimental results showed that the complex was a thermally stable material, with crystallization transition temperature of 187℃. AlClq3 consists of three 5 - chloro - 8 - hydroxyquinoline ligands and one aluminum atom. Its UV absorption bands were at about 236 nm, 269 nm and 309 nm. The absorption bands at about 236 nm and 269nm can be assigned to π - π^* of phenyl ring. Its optical gap was about 3.16 eV, as determined by intrinsic absorption band edge of the complex in ethanol solution. Under UV excitation at 347 nm, the complex in ethanol solution emitted yellowish - green fluorescence with the maximum emission peak at 535 nm. Finally, yellowish - green light - emitting devices using this complex as the emissive layer were fabricated and investigated, with the maximum emission peak at 540 nm. It is further found that the conduct type of the device belongs to injecting current limited in low voltage area and trap charge limited in high voltage area.
