杏香兔耳风体外抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察杏香兔耳风母液及其各萃取物在体外对某些细菌的抑制作用。方法将药材母液和各萃取物配成不同的稀释度,采用牛津杯法对4种常见细菌进行体外药物敏感性试验。结果3种药液对4种细菌的抑制效果大小顺序为母液≥乙酸乙酯萃取物>正丁醇萃取物。结论3种药液对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、溶血性乙型链球菌均有明显抑制作用,对大肠杆菌的抑制效果不明显。Objective To investigate the inhibition action of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ. mother liquor and its extracts in vitro certain bacteria. Methods The mother liquor and its extracts were prepared the solution with different dilution by oxford cup method, in vitro drug sensitivity experiments were performed for four eomrrion bacteria. Results The inhibitory effect on four bacteria was as follows： mother liquor≥ ethyl acetate extract〉 n-butanol extract. Conclusion The three medical solutions have obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, hemolytic streptococcus B and unobvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia eoli.
