哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道细菌性感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择65例下呼吸道细菌性感染患者,静脉滴注哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠2.5～5g,每12h给药1次,疗程7～14d。结果1个疗程后,65例患者中28例痊愈,33例显效,3例进步,1例无效,总有效率为93.85%;细菌学检查检出阳性细菌58株,疗程结束后有51株被清除,清除率为87.93%;不良反应发生率为4.62%,试验过程中未见严重不良反应。结论哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠可作为治疗下呼吸道细菌性感染安全、有效的抗生素。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of piperacillin sodium sulbactam sodium in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods sixty - five patients were received piperacillin sodium sulbactam sodium 2.5 - 5 g, i. v., q. 12 h for 7 - 14 d. Results The overall effective rate of piperaeillin sodium sulbactam sodium was 93.85%,the bacterial clearance rate was 87.93% and the incidence of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） was 4.62%. Conclusion Piperacillin sodium sulbactam sodium is a safe and potent antibacterial agent in the treatment of bacterial infections.
