摘  要:目的研究甲癣涂剂的水杨酸含量测定方法。方法以硫代硫酸钠溶液为还原剂,采用紫外分光光度法在296.4nm波长处直接测定甲癣涂剂中水杨酸含量。结果水杨酸质量浓度在11.25~33.75μg/mL范围内与吸收度线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为99.80%,RSD为0.38%(n=6)。结论紫外分光光度法准确、简单、快捷,适用于医院制剂的快速分析。Objective To develop an assay method for the determination of salicylic acid in onychomycosis paint. Methods Sodium thiosulfate solution was used as reducing agent, the content of salicylic acid was determined directly at 296. 4 nm by UV spectrophotometry. Results The calibration curve for salicylic acid was linear within the range of 11.25-33.75 p,g/mL, r=0.999 9(n=5), the average recovery rate was 99.80%, and RSD was 0.38% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, quick, accurate and especially practicable for the rapid analysis of hospital preparations.
